Waubeeka is looking for a variety of skill sets ranging from turf management and landscaping to cooks and serving as well as customer facing skill sets in the pro-shop and cart barn. Waubeeka boasts several employee events every season as well as generous pay for season and part time work. Employees get playing privileges, discounts for their friends and family free swag! Although there are occasional days that the weather the is poor (welcome to New England!) most days we can enjoy the sun, cool breezes in summer and building a pristine playing surface for our thousands of customers.
